Mental Health

We work with people with a range of mental health issues, people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental or emotional difficulties. We work with people who might be struggling to cope. Music therapy provides people with an open, safe and supportive space.

Music therapy can help people to:

  • express themselves creatively
  • develop their social and communication skills
  • build their self-esteem
  • become more confident in making choices
  • feel that they are in a secure and accepting environment
