Projects

In addition to work for research degrees MusicSpace staff are also involved in collaborative research projects. Three current areas of research are:

  • music therapy and cancer care (a project bringing together researchers in UWE, the University of Bristol and the Bristol Cancer Help Centre)
  • music therapy and dementia care (a project bringing together researchers in UWE, the charity Dementia Voice and local health and social services)
  • music therapy and hydrotherapy (a project bringing together MusicSpace and the Bath Spa Research Group)
