Guided Imagery and Music

GIM involves listening to specific programmes of recorded music in a deeply relaxed state. Imagery is evoked in the form of symbols, feelings or memories. These 'images' are shared with the therapist who facilitates and helps to deepen the process. Our Honorary Founder, Leslie Bunt, is a qualified GIM practitioner and Primary Trainer. In addition to providing both individual and group GIM sessions Leslie Bunt also runs:

  • Introductory courses on Guided Imagery and Music (GIM)
  • Specialist training in Guided Imagery and Music
  • Please contact training@musicspace.org for information on GIM sessions and all training courses
